Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fullydetailed.app or engaging with Fully Detailed, a product of NIBA Enterprise, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "your shop") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.

2. What Fully Detailed Is

Fully Detailed builds a free booking engine for auto detail shops: a home page, a services page, a page for each of your services, a local service-area page, and an instant quote and booking page, built live from your business name and your public Google Business Profile.

The free build is yours to look at and test. If you want it running on your own domain with leads delivered to you, that is a separate paid activation described in Section 4.

3. The Free Build

Starting a free build requires your email address and first name. We use your business name (or the Google Business listing you select) to pull your public business details, real Google reviews, hours, and photos into the site. The free build lives on our domain and is provided as-is, at no cost, with no obligation to activate it.

We reserve the right to remove or take down a free build at any time, including builds that are inactive, abusive, or created with false business information.

4. Activation (Go Live)

If you choose to activate, you start a free trial. A card is required, but nothing is charged that day. Current pricing and trial terms are always shown at fullydetailed.app/build:

  • Your trial is free for 7 days. Nothing is billed while you are inside that window.
  • A one-time activation fee bills automatically on day 7 to move your booking engine onto your own domain, with real written service pages and a call to set your prices.
  • A recurring monthly fee starts on day 30 to keep the engine running: lead delivery to your inbox and phone, refreshed Google reviews, hosting, your domain, security, and backups.
  • Cancel any time in the first 7 days and you pay nothing at all, ever.
  • No contract after that. Cancel anytime.
  • Your domain is yours and stays yours after cancellation. The booking engine, content updates, and lead delivery are leased and stop running at cancellation.

Refunds for the activation fee are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your domain

A domain you already own can be connected right away, for free, as soon as you activate. We never see or store the login to your domain account in that case. If you would rather use a domain we register for you, that is available right away too, included in the monthly fee at no extra charge.

When we register and manage a domain for you, through our registrar, Porkbun:

  • We hold the domain as registrar of record, as your agent, the same way Squarespace or Wix manage a domain for their customers. You have exclusive contractual rights to it: you choose the name, it points at your booking engine, and no one else, including us, can repurpose or take it away from you.
  • We handle renewal, DNS, and security while your subscription is active, at no extra charge.
  • You can ask us to transfer it out at any time, free, for any reason, whether or not your subscription is active or paid up. We'll either push it to a free Porkbun account in your name (same registrar, usually done the same day) or hand you the transfer code to move it anywhere else. We generally finish this within 5 business days. Two short locks are outside our control and apply to every domain everywhere: about 60 days right after a domain is first registered, and about 60 days after any registrant-information change.
  • If you cancel, we start that same transfer process within 5 business days as part of closing out your subscription. You keep the domain either way. The engine running on it, the content, and lead delivery are leased and stop at cancellation. Only the domain itself carries over to you.
  • If you cancel and we can't reach you, we'll email you at least 30 days before letting the domain's renewal lapse.
  • If Fully Detailed or NIBA Enterprise, LLC ever shuts down for any reason, every domain we hold gets transferred to its customer. That promise doesn't depend on anything else in this section.

Want to be the named registrant yourself? Ask us in writing and we'll set you up as the named registrant on file with Porkbun, generally within 5 business days. We'll ask for your legal name and mailing address at that point, since Porkbun and ICANN require accurate registrant information, and you're confirming that what you give us is accurate. We don't collect this by default, only if you ask for it. Once you're the named registrant, you can also deal with Porkbun directly for your domain, independent of us.

5. Email Communications

When you start a free build, we send you a transactional email with a link to your finished site the moment it is built, using Resend. If you activate, we also send a weekly report email on visits and quote requests, and occasional account or billing emails.

To stop receiving non-essential emails, reply to any email we send you or contact us at joneil@fullydetailed.app. We will still send you emails required to operate an active paid subscription (for example, billing receipts) while it is active.

6. Text Messages (SMS)

If your business's public Google Business Profile lists a phone number, we may send a one-time text message confirming your free build is complete, with a link to your site. We do not currently collect a mobile number directly from you on the free build form, and we do not run any other text messaging program today.

Message frequency: at most one message, sent once, when your build finishes.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for support. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

7. AI-Assisted Building

Fully Detailed's free build uses a set of automated agents (data lookup, page assembly, and template selection) to assemble your site quickly from real data about your business. Some of this automation is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. It is reviewed and operated by Natasha O’Neil.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit a business name or details you don't have the authority to represent
  • Use the site or service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the service without written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site or service

9. Intellectual Property

The Fully Detailed brand, site, and underlying software are the property of NIBA Enterprise, LLC. A free build stays on our domain and remains our property while it is unactivated. Once you activate, the site content and your domain become yours as described in Section 4.

10. Disclaimers

The free build and the service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Real Google review counts, business details, and any performance figures shown (including case study numbers) reflect a specific business at a specific point in time and are not a guarantee of results for your business.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIBA Enterprise, LLC and Natasha O’Neil are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Third-Party Services

Fully Detailed integrates with Google (Places API, Analytics, Ads), Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), Resend (email), Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Porkbun (domain registration and DNS, for domains we manage on your behalf), and, once activated, GoHighLevel (lead delivery and CRM). Your use of the site is also subject to those providers' own terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Duval County, Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
