Privacy Policy

Starting a free build requires:

• Your email address
• Your first name
• Your business name, typed or selected from a Google Places autocomplete list

If you activate, we also collect the details needed to bill you and set up your domain.

Once you select your business, we look it up via the Google Places API and pull in publicly available details to build your site:

• Business address, city, state, and hours
• Public phone number, if listed
• Your Google star rating and review count
• The text of your public Google reviews
• Photos from your public Google Business Profile

We do not currently ask you to type a phone number on the free build form. If your public listing has no phone number, that field is simply left blank on your site.

When you visit fullydetailed.app, we automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited and funnel steps completed
• UTM parameters and ad-click identifiers (for example, Meta's fbclid)
• A first-party visitor and session identifier stored in your browser

By default, claiming a domain through the onboarding steps does not send any of your personal information to Porkbun, our domain registrar. The domain registers under our own account, and no legal name, mailing address, or similar detail is collected as part of that flow.

If you separately ask us, in writing, to name you as the domain's registrant, or to transfer the domain to you, we collect your legal name and mailing address at that point and submit them to Porkbun for the domain's registrant record. That information also becomes part of ICANN's mandatory registrar data escrow, a requirement placed on all domain registrars, not something specific to us. Where the domain's extension supports it, WHOIS privacy is on by default, so the public WHOIS record shows a privacy-proxy service rather than your personal details.

We run our own first-party tracking script that logs page views and funnel steps (for example, starting a build, reaching the reveal screen) against a visitor identifier stored in your browser. This data is sent to our own Supabase database and used internally for reporting and attribution. It is not shared with advertising platforms directly.

fullydetailed.app runs the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. The pixel collects your IP address, browser information, and page interactions on our site, and sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies.

When you complete a free build, we also send a server-side conversion event to Meta's Conversions API. That event includes a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your email address and phone number (if provided), so it cannot be reversed back into your original information, along with your _fbc/_fbp identifiers, IP address, and browser user agent, to improve ad measurement accuracy.

We may use this data, and website-visitor data collected via the pixel, to build custom audiences for retargeting and lookalike audiences to reach new potential customers on Meta's platforms. This data is transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. and used according to Meta’s Data Policy. You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences, or opt out of interest-based advertising generally through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

If you arrive via a Google Ads campaign or Google Search, we may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which clicks lead to a completed build or activation. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

We send transactional email through Resend, including your build-complete notification and, once activated, weekly report emails. To stop non-essential emails, reply to any email we send or contact us at joneil@fullydetailed.app.

If your business's public Google Business Profile lists a phone number, we may send that number a one-time text message confirming your free build is complete, with a link to your site. We do not currently ask you to type a phone number on the free build form, and we do not run any other text messaging program today.

Message types: build-complete delivery notification only.

Message frequency: at most one message, sent once, when your build finishes.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS apply. We do not charge for text messages directly.

To opt out: reply STOP to any text message at any time to immediately stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for support, or contact us at joneil@fullydetailed.app.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile phone number, text-messaging opt-in status, or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us send the messages you receive (for example, our SMS carrier), and only to the extent needed to deliver them.

California residents have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, so the right to opt out of sale does not apply. Contact us to exercise these rights; we will respond within 45 days.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Our lawful basis is typically your consent, performance of a contract (building and running your site), or our legitimate business interests.
