About Fully Detailed

I’m Jason. I build Fully Detailed out of Jacksonville, FL.

I’m not a detail shop owner. I ran an e-commerce, SaaS, and wholesale distribution business for 12 years, about $50M in cumulative revenue over its lifetime. Running it at that scale taught me a short list of expensive lessons: protect your margins, streamline what’s repeatable, and find every place you’re burning labor on something automation can do, then fix it before it bleeds you dry.

I’ve also spent thousands of hours studying with the people who shaped modern direct-response marketing: Russell Brunson, Alex Hormozi, Todd Brown, Ezra Firestone, Jeremy Haynes, Cole Gordon, Bill Walsh, Daniel Fazio, and Alex Becker, among others. Multiple masterminds, a lot of tuition, on top of the business experience.

How Fully Detailed happened

My friend Derek owned a detailing shop in Seattle. His phone went to voicemail after hours, he had no way to tell where a customer actually came from, and every job ran through his cell phone. I built him a system to fix that. It worked. 954 booked jobs and 61.01% of them booked online, no back-and-forth. I look at his dashboard every day.

That wasn’t a strategy. It was a favor for a friend that turned into Fully Detailed: the same booking engine, built free and live in front of you, for any detail shop that wants what Derek has.

Not just a website

A website is the front door. The jobs come from the whole system behind it, and that is what I build. A fast booking site. The local SEO and clean Google listing that get a shop found. Paid ads that reach people searching right now. A 24/7 AI receptionist that answers and books the calls that used to go to voicemail. Tracking that shows which jobs came from where. Every piece feeds the next.

You start wherever you need. Some shops just want the booking site. Some want me running the whole engine for them. Same system either way, and every part of it is something I proved at Derek's Auto Detail before I offered it to anyone else.

How I work

I’m not building an agency. I work with a small number of shops at a time, on purpose. When you activate, you get me: not a junior account manager, not someone halfway around the world reading a script.
