Refund Policy

The free build costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can test drive it for as long as you like at no charge and with no obligation to activate.

Activating starts a free 7-day trial. A card is required, but nothing is billed while you are inside the trial. Cancel any time in the first 7 days and you pay nothing at all, ever, no refund needed because no charge was made.

If you do not cancel, the one-time activation fee bills automatically on day 7. If you change your mind after that, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge, as long as your site has not yet gone live on your own domain. Once your domain is connected and your booking engine is live and receiving quote requests, the activation fee is no longer refundable, because the work (your own domain, written service pages, and the go-live call) is complete.

The monthly fee starts on day 30 and keeps your booking engine running: lead delivery, refreshed reviews, hosting, and maintenance.

• No contract. Cancel anytime.
• Cancelling stops future billing. We do not refund or prorate the current billing period you're already in.
• Your domain stays yours after cancellation. The booking engine itself, lead delivery, and content updates stop running once your subscription ends.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, billed twice, charged during your free trial, or billed after you cancelled), contact us and we will investigate and refund any confirmed error.

Email us with your business name and the email address you used to sign up. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

We may update this policy at any time. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page.
