A lead is not a job. A lead is a maybe. And a maybe starts dying the second it is born.

What a lead actually costs you

Here is what happens after someone fills out your quote form.

They wait. You are under a car, or at the register, or at dinner with your family. You call back three hours later. No answer. You leave a voicemail. They call back tomorrow while you are with a customer. More voicemail.

Meanwhile they already texted two other shops.

Customers are impatient. That is not an insult. It is just true. When someone wants their car detailed, they want to know two things right now: what does it cost, and when can you do it. Any delay between those two answers and a booked job is where your money leaks out.
