About Jason O'Neil

I build Booking Engines for local service businesses.

A Booking Engine is the difference between a website that collects leads and a system that books jobs. The customer gets an instant quote and a spot on the calendar. AI answers the phone when the owner cannot. Follow-up happens automatically. The owner stops being the bottleneck in their own business.

I run two companies around this idea.

Fully Detailed is the self-serve version for auto detailing shops. Enter your shop name at fullydetailed.app and it builds you a working website with a Booking Engine in minutes. Free to try.

Conveyor Belt Marketing is the done-for-you build. I work with a small number of partner clients at a time. I build the system, run it, and look at the numbers daily. No junior account managers. No handoffs.

How this started

My friend Derek owns a detail shop in Seattle. His phones went to voicemail after hours. His quotes happened at 9pm from his couch. Nobody could tell him which marketing actually produced customers.

I built him a system. It worked. His booked work went from around $20K a month to $48K a month, and the AI has answered over 1,400 of his phone calls.

That favor became this business.

Before this

I built and ran an e-commerce, SaaS, and wholesale distribution business for 12 years, around $50M in cumulative revenue over its lifetime. Operating at that scale taught me the lessons that became the product: protect your margins, simplify what is repeatable, and automate the labor that does not deserve a human.

I am not a detailer and I will not pretend to be one. I am the systems guy. Probably a nerd first. I have spent thousands of hours studying with the operators who shaped modern marketing, including Russell Brunson, Alex Hormozi, Todd Brown, and Ezra Firestone, and I build what I learn into working systems for shops.

Why I write here

Everything on this blog comes from systems that are actually running. Real spend, real bookings, real dashboards. No theory, no recycled guru advice. If I post a number, it is a number I can screenshot.

I share the day-to-day version on X: @jasononeil78.
